Our specialist knowledge and years of experience combined allows us to draw from a range of sports therapy techniques which we apply directly to your training programme. We can help you extend your range of mobility, correct poor posture, improve strength and power, mobilise aching joints and recuperate following injury.

Fit6 believes in a full body approach to training, fitness and rehabilitation. As our name suggests, we are focussed on the six main movement patterns squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull and rotate. However, the body also works through several different planes of motion: frontal/coronal, sagittal and transverse. We value the importance of working across each of these movements and are dedicated to improving your mobility and form. Our Fit6 coaches are ready to guide you through multi-plane exercises that challenge balance and co-ordination while increasing flexibility, strength and stability in a functional manner throughout the whole body.

Fit6’s personal approach means you’ll receive a bespoke programme that is individually tailored to your needs. Whether you are recovering from injury, trauma or surgery or if you require corrective measures for poor posture, work-related strain or overuse of certain muscle groups or simply if you want to take your training to the next level, we can provide you with the right strategy and the right attitude to achieve your goals.
